1. 2. Running in of new vehicles: When using new vehicles, the user must conduct test run. New vehicles without test run shall not be used formally. New vehicles must be run in according to regulations before normal load operation. The test run can run in each friction part of the jumbo to avoid failure, thus ensuring reliable operation of the hydraulic drilling rig and extending its service life.

3. Requirements for trolley maintenance personnel: operators and maintenance personnel must receive formal training and pass the examination before they can operate and maintain the trolley.

4. Sufficient accessories: the consumable accessories and vulnerable accessories of the rock drilling jumbo must be fully prepared; Do not delay the construction period due to lack of preparation in advance.

5. Preparation of water and electricity: ensure the water pressure/water flow and voltage at the use site of the drilling jumbo: insufficient water pressure/water flow will cause the failure of the jumbo and increase the consumption of accessories; Insufficient voltage will lead to load tripping.

The operation of hydraulic drilling jumbo is different from that of other mining machinery, and the bosses of mining enterprises must not be impatient. The working conditions of the hydraulic drilling jumbo are relatively harsh. It often drives and operates on uneven construction sites. The parts of the machine are easily loosened or damaged due to strong vibration or collision. Therefore, in order to maintain the good performance, normal operation and long service life of the hydraulic drilling rig, in addition to being familiar with the structure of all parts of the machine, it is necessary to regularly check the technical condition of the machine as required, and carefully refer to the operating instructions and after-sales guidance of the drilling rig for technical maintenance.

With the development of mechanization, many bosses of mining enterprises have begun to use full hydraulic drilling jumbo to replace manual work, but it is difficult for bosses of mining enterprises who have just contacted the drilling jumbo to use the jumbo.
